I wanted something scrapier so I used strips from my scrap bin. Then children in my sewing class picked the strips they wanted, sewed them together and sandwiched them before cutting into the egg shape. Binding strips also came from the scrap bin. The kids could quilt in the ditch with ease because the project is small. A great way to spend an afternoon!</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2019-04-13</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2019-04-13" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="216403578"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Easter Egg Placemats" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Jen Pep</span> from <span itemprop="name">Fun! Darn cute!</span> <span itemprop="description">I can't comment on the fabric amounts. I used one fat quarter for every one place mat I wanted as finished product. I cut along long side each strip measurement mentioned. Mine turned out more varied in appearance. I turned mine inside out and closed opening instead of binding. I give it 5 stars because they turn out do darn cute. I recommend batiks and got them at Joanne. I think they look like egg dye.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2019-04-04</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2019-04-04" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="214009321"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Easter Egg Placemats" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">1</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">LowCountryCrafter</span> from <span itemprop="name">Need to check the instructions out</span> <span itemprop="description">They have errors in the amount of fabric needed and measurements in the instructions included.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2019-01-31</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2019-01-31" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="82228600"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Easter Egg Placemats" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Karen</span> from <span itemprop="name"></span> <span itemprop="description">I made these last year......I loved seeing them on my table.
