DIRECTIONS:

EASTER RICE CEREAL TREATS

  1. Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a saucepan over low heat then add 4 cups of mini marshmallows.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in 6 cups of rice cereal. Add spring sprinkles
  3. Spray pan with baking spray, using wax paper press mixture into pan and allow it to completely cool.
  4. Spray egg cookie cutter with baking spray and cut out shapes. Place on wax paper.
  5. Melt candy melt in microwavable safe bowl for one minute at 50% power. Create pastel colors by melting bright white with a little color. Drizzle candy melt onto egg to make Easter egg designs. Add sprinkles. Create bunnies by making a royal icing transfer. Make bunny directly onto wax paper, allow it to completely dry. Carefully pull wax paper off the back of the bunny design and use more royal icing as a "glue" to attach to rice cereal treat.

CHOCOLATE BUNNIES

  1. Melt candy melt in microwavable safe bowl for one minute at 50% power.
  2. Stir until candy is completely melted and smooth. Start with black candy melts for eyes. Use a toothpick to gently dab the eyes in the mold with a little black candy. Place in freezer for ten minutes to allow to set.
  3. To create a pastel shade, melt bright white with a little color. Remove bunny mold from freezer.
  4. Pour candy into mold with drizzling scoop and gently tap to fill mold completely. Allow candy to harden and gently remove.
