My client absolutely loved this fabric. I made an infinity scarf for her & she loved it.
That was the 1st time that i ordered fabric from Joann.com on line where they actually cut it so it wasnt 1-3" short. Ive ordered SEVERAL times from Joann.com online & when its been shorted, its so aggravating bcuz then u have to take it back to the store which is about 40-45 min. 1 way, stand in line wait for the cutting table to remeasure it & then have to go through their comments where they dont believe that they shorted the fabrics 1-3". Which sometimes depending on which associate, can be an uphill battle. Then for them to write up the adjustment, then go to the cashier & wait in line + the drive back home. You've lost more in the long run all the way around. Exyremely bad customer service. But this time it was perfect. Thank you Joann.
