DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make template. Using pencil, draw snowflake and tree templates on back of parchment paper.
  2. For white trees, draw triangle 3 1/4in. x 3 3/4in.
  3. For blue trees, draw triangle 2 1/2in. wide x 3 1/4in. tall.
  4. For snowflakes, draw 8-pointed snowflake, with each line measuring about 4 1/2in. long.
  5. Flip parchment paper over so it is pencil-side down.
  6. Pipe meringues. Prepare meringue batter following recipe instructions. Divide into two equal portions.
  7. Using Delphinium Blue icing color, tint 1 portion blue. Reserve remaining portion white.
  8. For White Trees and White Snowflakes: Prepare decorating bag with tip 21 and white meringue batter. Attach lollipop stick to parchment paper with dot of batter. Using shell technique, follow template to form white trees and snowflakes; immediately top with sprinkles.
  9. For Blue Trees and Blue Snowflakes: Prepare decorating bag with tip 104 and blue meringue batter. Attach lollipop stick to parchment paper with dot of batter. Using zig-zag technique, follow template to form trees. Pipe upright petals and follow template to form snowflakes. Immediately top trees and snowflakes with sprinkles.
  10. Bake meringues. Bake and cool meringues following recipe instructions.
