SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 1/2 yd quilt prints (measure planter to adjust yardage)
  • Planter/pot
  • Mod Podge glue
  • Paintbrush
  • Scissors
  • Ruler
  • Spray-on clear coat
  • Pattern for paper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Using a plain piece of paper, make a template: Wrap around port pressing against the edge. The shape will be arced. Use this template to cut out fabric.
2. Apply glue to pot in a thin cot. Lay fabric over glue (start in center to avoid spreading it crooked or getting gats). Making sure to get flue under all fabric and overlapping slightly.
3. Apply another coat of Mod Podge once glued down.
4. Apply clear coat to seal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too many typos This is a fun idea, but someone needs more than spell check to make it readable

Rated 4 out of 5 by from fabric covered planters It's a cute idea. I would also add a coat of Mod Podge (or watered down glue) to the outside of the pot to avoid dirt and stains. Also, I would suggest having someone proof read the post, as there are several typos. Thanks!
