Fabric Frame Pin Cushion

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Spray paint
• Frame
• Fabric
• Scissors
• Double-sided tape
• Foam sheet

DIRECTIONS:

1. Remove the back and glass from the frame and set aside. Spray paint the entire surface of the frame, front & back. Allow paint to dry before rotating the frame.


2. Trace the inside of the frame onto foam sheet. Use scissors to cut the foam. Cut a piece of fabric about 1" larger than the piece of foam.


3. Use double-sided tape to secure the foam to the center of the cardboard insert from the frame. Check that it will fit back into the frame correctly.
4. Apply double-sided tape on the cardboard insert around the foam piece. Wrap fabric smooth - the fabric should wrap the step going from the cardboard to the foam so it will fit into the frame perfectly.
5. Fit wrapped piece into frame. Tape edges of the fabric flat on the back of the cardboard insert before closing the frame.
