SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Caron Halo O’Go, Bluestone Frost
  • 16" Size U.S. 10 (6 mm) Circular Knitting Needle (Or size needed to obtain gauge)
  • 7" Piece of Cardboard (for tassels)
  • Yarn needle

GAUGE:
15 sts and 20 rows = 4" [10 cm] in stocking st.

DIRECTIONS:

Tassels: (Make 1 from each contrast end before beginning Scarf). Wrap yarn around a 7" [18 cm] piece of cardboard 30 times. Tie securely at one end. Cut across other end. Wrap yarn 6 times around tassel 1½" [4 cm] from tied end and fasten securely.

Scarf
Note: Scarf worked from lightest shade to darkest shade.
Beginning with lightest shade, cast on 45 stitches (sts), leaving a long end. Join in round (rnd). Place marker (PM) on first st.
Knit in rnds until all yarn is be used, ending on darkest shade, leaving end approx 12" long. Thread yarn through sts. Pull tightly. Fasten securely.
Thread end of yarn around foundation rnd. Pull tightly. Fasten securely.
Sew light tassel to dark end and dark tassel to light end.
