How To Get It
NuFoam is a safe alternative to conventional foam that is made from densified polyester batting.Fairfield's NuFoam won’t yellow or disintegrate. It’s perfect for chair cushions, deck furniture, camping, futons, play mats, recreational vehicle accessories, and more. Made from compressed layers of 100% polyester that range from 1″ to 4″ thick. NuFoam works best for occasional seating as it will compress over time. We recommend using NuFoam that is 1″ thicker than your intended cushion to allow for compression. It will be a snug fit inside the cover. Non-allergenic & Unconditionally guaranteed.

This batting is wonderful. We bough a couch and one of the cushions was a bit large. I used the batting to add bulk to the cushion and perfect. No more loose fabric on the cushion. The batting stays firm and does not compact. Great product at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Great for upholstery projects.
We used this to ease some foam when we recovered some dining room chairs. It was great. Spray adhesive kept it attached to the foam so we could cover the seats with fabric. They came out great!
