SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Favorite Apple Pie Filling and Pie Crust
- Glass Pie Pan
- Place & Time Pie Crust Mold
- Parchment Paper
- Rolling Pin
- Ruler
- Paring Knife
- Pastry Brush
- One Egg for Egg Wash
DIRECTIONS:
- Place bottom crust in ungreased glass pie pan.
- Fill pie pan with apple pie mix.
- Rollout top crust on parchment paper. Cut 3/4 inch strips to create lattice pattern.
- Crisscross strips on top of pie filling.
- Mix egg in bowl and use clean pastry brush to attach lattice strips to bottom crust.
- Roll and press pie dough into dry mold. Cut off excess dough. Turn mold over and slowly push dough out.
- Attach molded dough with egg wash to top crust.
- Bake following pie filling recipe.
