Good deal for the price. All styles are flat-backed. The plastic is solid colored all the way through, not painted on. I bought these to have on hand for shirt repairs but most run a little big for that. My pack came with 5 styles, with plenty of each style:
15mm white with rim, 4 holes, gloss finish
14mm black with wide rim, 4 holes, matte finish
13mm translucent/pearly white with rim and concave front, 2 holes, glossy and pearlescent
13mm black with thin rim, 4 holes, glossy finish
12mm white with no rim and convex front, 2 holes, glossy finish
