SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Scissors
- Felt
- Sewing needle
- Various colors of sewing thread
- Velcro
- Fabric glue
- Marker
DIRECTIONS:
- Begin by tracing coffee sleeve pattern on felt with marker. To print the patterns, click on the "Download Project PDF" button (above).
- Use scissors to cut out coffee sleeve shape.
- Use needle and thread to stitch basic leaf patterns on felt and tie ends in a knot on the reverse side of the felt.
- Cut Velcro pieces for each end of the coffee sleeve and attach to opposite sides of the felt using fabric glue.
JOANN Hacks:
- Be sure to cut felt using sharp scissors to get clean edges.

Easy to make! So many different designs that can be used for the flowers on the sides of the sleeves. Great to give as gifts.

no pattern
The very first step is to trace the coffee sleeve pattern, but there is no pattern outline on the instruction sheet. I can make my own pattern, but that isn't the point. I thought this would be a good sewing project for my granddaughter.
