I got this for my mom who loves to quilt and frequently takes her projects on the go to quilt with others, but she is always worried about her rules breaking. When I found this I thought it was too good to be true and would be flimsy. However, upon opening it and unfolding it, I can tell that it will withstand some travel and use. It is sturdy when fully opened, and you would not know it was a foldable ruler when picking it up. She can't wait to show it off to all her friends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn’t even get to use it! I didn’t even get to use it before it broke. I would have thought Fiskars would have used something other than bubbling clear packing tape to create the hinges. The tape has peeled away within 24 hours. When I went to use it, I found it in pieces.
