Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute but had some issues I wish this would give a finished mask size. I made it for a Halloween costume for a three year old and has to adjust the size substantially. This also doesn’t come with a mask base. I am assuming that you need to purchase one which I couldn’t find at Joann. I made one out of felt and followed the directions. I gave this a 3 stars because it is cute and ended up working but I also had to do a lot of adjusting and wasn’t clear about the mask base .
