SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Wilton Cake & Icing Flavor Kit
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13"x 9" pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add desired Wilton Cake & Icing Flavor Kit packet. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Remove to cooling grid; cool completely.
- Makes about 16-20 servings.
