RST bottom panels matching 28" long edges. Sew 1/2 SA tight 4" from each corner, baste 20" between. Press seam open. Center zipper RS down on seam. Use a zipper foot to sew on zipper. Remove baste stitch to expose RS of zipper. Set aside.
On WS of side panels, mark a diagonal line from the corner of the seat and seat back to the bottom back corner. Mark another line 1/2" forward, parallel to the first line. WST sew 1/4" SA matching 28" long edges: seat back to inside separator panel.

RST sew 1/2" SA sides to front/seat/seat back/top & back. Clip corners to reduce bulk. Turn RSO.
Line up one short side of separator panel with the forward diagonal line on the WS of side panel. Sew 1/2" from raw edge, from corner of seat/seat back to bottom back corner. Repeat for opposite side.
RST sew 1/2" SA bottom 28" edge to 28" edge of front. Start and stop stitching 1/2" from corners.
