Beginner 1-2 Hours

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Assorted floral picks
  • Vase or container
  • Wire cutters
  • Floral foam blocks
  • Knife for cutting floral foam
  • Floral adhesive tape

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Use a knife to cut floral foam into pieces that will fit tightly into the vase or container.
  2. Begin creating a skeleton for the shape of the arrangement using the greenery and other filler flowers. Allow the longer and airy stems to sit higher than the rest of the flowers.
  3. Add several larger flowers like irises, hydrangea, and other focal flowers throughout the arrangement, making most of the flowers close to the base of the arrangement and then allowing several flowers to add height. Add fillers and greenery throughout to make sure the floral foam is not visible.
