3 cups sugar - 1/2 cup water

to n disposable icing bags - Baking sheet

DIRECTIONS:
- Mix 1/
4 cup of meringue powder and 1/2 cup of water on high speed until soft peaksfor m. - Slowly add in sugar and mix on high until stiff peaks
for m. Mixfor about five minutes - Add vanilla until combined.
- Divide mixture in
to bowls. Add gel food coloringto each bowlto make pastel colors. - Pre-heat oven
to 250 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Fill icing bags with mixture and pipe various flowers on
to lined baking sheet. - Bake cookies
for 45-50 minutes, do not open the oven while baking. Once the cookies have baked, turn off oven and allow cookiesto dry in ovenfor one hour.
