SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Foam stickers
  • Chenille stems (pipe cleaners)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Twist 2 chenille stems together at the ends.
  2. Sandwich 2 same-size foam stickers on either side of the chenille stem.
  3. Repeat for entire circle. Refer to photo for placement.
