Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrecked my project This wax is a liquid. I used it with FolkArt chalk paint. The wax didn't soak into the chalk paint, and it didn't wipe off easily either. It just sat there on top of the paint like a sticky bathtub ring. When I was able to wipe some of it off, it brought big chunks of paint with it. The only way I could get it off was to sand it, and then repaint where it had peeled the paint off

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Product Ever bought the Folk Art wax to cover projects that I had Chalk Painted with the Folk Art Chalk Paint. I was so pleased with my projects until I put the wax on them. All of my pieces were ruined and I had to get a sealer to cover them and start over. Extremely frustrating and time consuming. It left behind orange and brown streaks. Called the manufacturer and tried to tell them what happened and they finished my sentence with exactly what happened. If the manufacturer knows of the issue - why is this product still being sold??? DO NOT USE!!!!

I have a coffee table that I bought unfinished and it was very difficult to get it to take stain even tho it was advertised that it took stains very well. I used the antique finish wax and it and it turned out perfect! A little went a long way, the coverage was very smooth and I couldn't believe how easy it was to apply! I use this on any unfinished wood projects I have now

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome wax I bought this a few weeks ago and am so pleased with the result. I used the white on a large Welcome sign I had chalk painted and the dark on a another painted wooden piece. The results were wonderful, and this was first attempt with this type of product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Finish! I bought this brand two years ago and when I used it on my projects and the results are extremely fantastic. No matter what you choose to use while applying this, brush, rag, sponge, the end result is always astonishing. I have gotten so many "Wows" and, how did you do that? Or, that looks awesome, where did you buy that piece? So I tell them, I made it look like that with this product from Joanne fabrics. They purchased it, used it, called me and were amazed! So Thanks Joanne Fabrics for having this on the shelf, with an affordable price, when I came in to shop!
