Friendly Plaid Pumpkin Decorative Hoop

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Tulip Slick Dimensional Fabric Paint: orange, bright teal
• Embroidery hoop
• Orange plaid fabric
• Black felt
• Aleene's Fabric Fusion
• Black pom pom trim
• Small scrap of burlap
• Green pipe cleaners, 3
• Scissors

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open the embroidery hoop and place the fabric between the hoops. Tighten the hoop.
2. Trim the fabric around the outside edge of the hoop and glue the excess around the back of the hoop.
3. Glue the pom pom trim to the edge of the embroidery hoop with the Aleene's Fabric Fusion.
4. Cut a pumpkin face out of the black felt and glue the face to the fabric.
5. Outline the eyes, nose and mouth with the Tulip Slick in orange.
6. Add eyes with the Tulip Slick bright teal.
7. Roll the scrap piece of burlap for the stem and curl the pipe cleaner around your finger.
8. Glue the stem and pipe cleaners to the top back of the hoop.
9. Let hoop dry completely.
