SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 32 oz favorite fruit
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Cooking pot
- Blender
- Parchment paper
- Cookie sheet
- Strainer, optional
DIRECTIONS:
- Puree fruit in blender.
- Strain puree to remove seeds, if desired.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and puree to pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Pour onto lined cookie sheet and bake for several hours at 170F until liquid mixture is gone.
- Allow to cool before cutting into strips.

- You can use thawed frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit.
