Fruit Painted Birdhouses

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 3 birdhouses
• Small detail paintbrush
• Medium paintbrush
• Acrylic Paint: lime green, white, soft yellow, orange, watermelon pink, mint green, mint green and black
• Sandpaper
• Painter's tape

DIRECTIONS:

1. Lightly sand any edges.
2. Tape off the areas where you want straight lines. Make sure the paint is dry before you remove the tape.
3. Use the detailed brush to make the seeds on the fruit.

JOANN Hacks:

• Start with the base layer first and work up to the top layer.
• Go lightly on the paint, blending it as you go around the birdhouse.
• Let colors dry completely between layers.
