Love this feature
I have owned an Exlpore Air 2 and a Maker. The Maker I had worked fine. The only reason I upgraded was to be able to make projects with unlimited length. I tested out the roll holder when I first used it and I like it! It will definitely make doing longer projects easier. For smaller ones I will probably use mats as I don’t want to waste vinyl.

Almost Rolling
The intended purpose was why I purchased the roll holder; however, it does not snap into place nor does it stay in place. I wish the slots on the bottom of the roller were truly lined up to the maker.

Great idea, but could be better
The thought behind the holder is great, especially with larger rolls. The problem is if you are doing a big project, the roll does not fold back onto itself once it's been unrolled. I ended up with vinyl on the floor which is what I was trying to avoid with a black lab in the house! I'm also not sure if it's the holder or my machine, but suddenly my project that I've been working on it not cutting correctly and I've ruined a lot of vinyl.
