Dritz Woven Rod Loop Tape
So easy to use and the curtains look great! Just sew on the ready-made tab tape and then hang them. It is transparent, so you can't even see it thru the fabric. Although I did not use sheer fabric this time. I plan on using this product again in the future.

First time using - love it
this was very helpful! Didn't realize until afterwards that I could have used as both a rod pocket & tab top option. also thought it might be a bit stiff at top but it made good flowy folds nicely. only thing I found an issue with but it may be a misunderstanding on my part: since tabs need to go at each end, the standard spacing doesn't help if making a specific width that doesn't fit in that spacing. It may be possible to adjust the spacing on the ends, though. I will try that next time. Meanwhile it works great.

works great, but quite stiff
The drapery fabric I purchased is quite sturdy and thick, so the double fold 4" hem is thick! Add on the very stiff Rod Loop Tape and your machine will have a workout. I used a "Jeans" needle and that worked great. The finished product at the top of the curtain is beefy, but the folds do look fairly soft. In the picture this is only the first panel that I made, two more small panels are in the works.

Great product for drapery
I thought this was a great product to make custom drapery however it did not work for my project as my curtains were not wide enough to have tabs spaced 6” apart.
