DIRECTIONS:

  • Click DOWNLOAD PATTERN(S) for everything you need for this project.
    • ABBREVIATIONS:
      • Ch = Chain(s)
      • Dc = Double crochet
      • Sp = Space
      • St(s) = Stitch(es)

    • NOTES:
      • Squares are made by working in rounds.
      • The Brim is worked in rounds off the piece after all the squares and top pentagon are stitched together.
      • Ch 3 at start of round counts as a dc throughout pattern.
      • Ch 1 at start of round does not count as a stitch throughout pattern.
      • If a number comes before a stitch, it means to work that many stitches into the next stitch. For example "2 dc" means to work 2 dc stitches into the next stitch.
      • If a number comes after a stitch, it means to work one stitch into that many stitches. For example "dc 3" means to work 1 dc into the next 3 stitches.
      • Directions written into brackets are all worked in the same chain space. For example [3dc, ch 2, 3dc] would all be worked into the same chain space.
