SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 3 cups favorite granola mix recipe (trail mix that included cranberries, cashews, almonds & pistachios was used here)
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Parchment paper
- 9"x 13" pan
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Mix honey, vanilla, almond butter, salt and trail mix in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into pan. Press firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once cooled, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over bars.
