Research has shown us that creating a habit of gratitude can be helpful for our self-esteem, stress management & social relationships. This craft project is a great place to start. Once you're done, encourage a continued practice.

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
  • Small Wooden Box
  • POP!™ Paint Pods
  • Paint Brush
  • Water Based Paint Marker

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Paint the outside of the wooden box with the paint pods and paintbrush; allow to dry.
  2. Draw designs on top of the dried paint with the paint markers; allow to dry.
  3. Add extra color on top of the drawn marker designs; allow to dry.
  4. Write down things you're grateful for and add them to the box.
  5. Add anytime, look through them anytime!
