SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • T-shirt sized to fit
  • 1/4 yd solid red fabric or Fat-quarter
  • 4" x 5" gray remnant
  • 3" x 3" black remnant
  • 2" white remnant
  • 1/2" pom-poms (approx 125)
  • 1/4 yd fusible webbing
  • Disappearing fabric marker or pencil
  • Black fabric marker
  • Fabric glue
  • 3/4" stick-on numbers (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Use disappearing marker or pencil to draw a 7" circle on T-shirt.
  2. To print the patterns, click on the "Download Project PDF" button (above). Enlarge pattern pieces.
  3. Trace pattern pieces onto paper side of webbing.
  4. Fuse webbing to WS of red, black and gray fabric as shown.
  5. Cut out pattern pieces and fuse to front of T-shirt.
  6. Use black fabric marker to draw circle for gum-ball glass.
  7. Glue pom-poms on as desired.
  8. Use marker or stick-on numbers for “25".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very cute idea ! The process of cutting out the design and fusing it to the shirt was easy. However, not sure if the pom-poms are going to stick, esp. after washing. It would be a sweet gift idea for a girl.
