SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 Bag of Wilton candy wafers. Colors: white, yellow, orange
- Assorted sprinkles and candies
- Microwave oven
- Parchment paper
DIRECTIONS:
- Follow the instructions on the side of the melting wafers package.
- After you have melted the wafers, pour the candy onto the parchment paper.
- Using a flat knife or a frosting knife, spread the candy as smooth as possible to about 1/8" thick.
- In the first few minutes after pouring the candy, sprinkle on the different candies. You can also place the bigger pieces exactly where you would like them. Feel free to cut candy bars into smaller pieces before placing them on the bark.
- After the candy bark has cooled, use a sharp knife and break them into smaller pieces.
- Store the finished bark in a sealed container.
JOANN HACKS:
- Melt the candy wafers in 30 second intervals and stir between sessions. Do not overcook because it will become thick.
