SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Favorite Pie Filling, Pumpkin, Apple or Blackberry
- Favorite Pie Dough Recipe
- STIR™ Mini Pie Presses
- Fall Cookie Presses
- Parchment Paper
- Rolling Pin
- Paring Knife
- One Egg (for egg wash)
DIRECTIONS:
- Rollout crust on parchment paper. Gently press pie dough into one side of each mini pie press.
- Fill the same side of the mini pie press with filling.
- Mix egg in bowl and with a clean pastry brush cover the edges of the pie.
- Place more dough on top of pie filling. Close pie press and remove excess dough
- Gently pop hand pie out of mold. Lightly cover hand pie with egg wash.
- Use excess dough and cookie presses to make fun fall shapes onto pies. Attach with egg wash before baking.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
