DIRECTIONS:
- 2 1/4 Cups of Flour
- 1/2tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup of Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Large Egg, Room Temperature
- 2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4tsp of Almond Extract
- Wilton Candy Corn Sprinkles
- Wilton Halloween Skull Candy Sprinkles
- Wilton Assorted Size Candy Eyes
- Orange and Green Food Coloring
- Cookie Cutters - 3 Different Size Circles
- Rolling Pin
- Cookie Sheets
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt together in a bowl, set aside.
- In a large bowl using a stand mixture with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg, vanilla and almond extract until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until just combined.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
- Chill dough for an hour.
- Once chilled roll out dough to 1/4" thick and cut out cookies using the assorted size circle cutters.
- Color one part orange, one part green and leave one original color.
- Roll out dough using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Using your cookie cutters, cut out desired size circle and place 2" apart on cookie sheet
- Re-roll leftover dough and repeat cut out process.
- Repeat with all colors of dough.
- Before baking use the sprinkles to place on cookies, except for the candy eyes, slightly pressing into cookie.
- Bake according to cookie mix package directions.
- Once cookies are taken out of oven, choose candy eye size and lightly press into cookies creating monster faces.

Confusing
I read the instructions and was confused.
It is a cookie made from scratch, but tell you to follow the instructions on the package. No oven temperature or for how long to bake.
A little disappointed.
