1 package (16 oz.) hot roll mix
Ingredients to prepare mix
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 cups finely chopped thick-sliced deli ham
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
Prepare two Wilton® Jumbo Muffin Pans with vegetable pan spray.
Prepare hot roll mix according to the directions on the box. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 20"x12" rectangle. Spread with mustard, then sprinkle evenly with ham, cheeses and green onion. Starting with 20" side, begin rolling the dough tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut log into 12 pieces.
Place rolls into prepared pans, cut side down. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; set aside in a warm place and allow to rise for 30 minutes or until double in size. Remove plastic wrap.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake rolls 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 1 dozen rolls.
