This comes with 1 - Huge basket for frying a large quantity or 2 -smaller baskets to fry different items at them same temperature at the same time how convenient. I like how you have a vented cover so the grease doesn't splatter everywhere. I recommend this Deep-Fryer to family and friends.

There is a choice of using 2 smaller baskets for cooking separate dishes, or a third larger basket if you need to cook a big batch of food. All the parts are easy to assemble. The fryer is simple to operate and the food comes out delicious with a nice color. Best part is the trouble-free cleanup.

We can all enjoy eating at the same time!Yes,it does accommodate a jug of oil,but it is Not wasted.We made batter dipped zucchini and hand cut fries.Delicious! Like County Fair food! Temperature remained steady thru out cooking.Clean up was easy.When the oil cooled we used Cheesecloth over the oil jug to remove the small bits.We then refrigerated the oil.Easy clean up,as well.Baskets minus the plastic handles into the dishwasher.Easy to remove the heating element and wash the oil pot.This deep fryer has opened a whole new window for meal preparation.No more bland food that in the past was made in the oven! Everything,so far,tastes GREAT! Unit itself is well constructed.
