- Felt 9"x 12", Walnut Brown, 2 sheets
- Felt 9"x 12", Sandstone
- Felt 9"x 12", Black
- Embroidery thread, Pink
- Embroidery thread, White
- Embroidery thread, Brown
- Embroidery thread, Black (Eyes option 1)
- Small black beads (Eyes option 2)
- Scissors
- Embroidery needle
- Polyfil® stuffing
- Hot glue gun/glue gun sticks

DIRECTIONS:
To print the patterns, click on the "Download Project PDF" button (above).- Cut two Bear Body pieces.
- With the black thread, stitch the eyes onto the face using a French knot, or sew a black bead securely in place for the eyes.
- With the pink thread, create two small decorative stitches under each eye.
- With the white thread, stitch the decorative stitches on the bear's belly.
- Cut the Bear Face piece from the sandstone felt and the Bear Nose piece from the black felt.
- Stitch the nose in place on the face piece using a back stitch.
- With the black thread, stitch the mouth with a back stitch.
- Stitch the face piece onto the top Bear Body piece using a back stitch.
- Cut two Bear Ear pieces from the walnut brown felt.
- Place the top and bottom Bear Body pieces together, with the Bear Ear's between them and sew around the edge with a blanket stitch, leaving a small hole for stuffing.
- Stuff the Bear.
- Sew the stuffing hole shut and tie off the thread.
- Cut 4 of the Bear Arms from the walnut brown felt.
- Sew around the edge of both arms with a blanket stitch, leaving a small hole for stuffing.
- Stuff the arms.
- Sew the stuffing hole shut and tie off the thread.
- Stitch the arms to either side of the bear.
Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:
- For younger children, pattern pieces can be hot glued in place, rather than sewn.
