PREPARATION
- To alter the project, use Preview panel to arrange pieces. Ensure pieces are within an 11"x 11" (27.9 cm x 27.9 cm) area, oriented to the top left corner of the mat.
- For best results, open chipboard and leave it out for 24 hours to acclimate. If the chipboard warps, place it under a heavy object.
- Follow Design Space prompts for each mat. Confirm correct cut setting and tool.
- Use masking tape or painter’s tape to secure chipboard edges to mat.
- Follow Design Space prompts. Confirm correct cut setting and the Knife Blade. TIP: Cut multiple pages by selecting the same mat as many times as desired.
- Use spray glue or adhesive to glue the cover paper onto the chipboard. Use the holes to align the spine piece, then place the main cover .25" (.63 cm) from it. Wrap the edges around and press flat, working from the spine, to the top and bottom, then finishing with the outside edge.
- Glue the end paper to the inside of the covers.
- Align the covers over the cut interior pages and clamp in place.
- Tie together using twine.
- Apply the foiled title card to the cover using adhesive for paper.
