SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Three 8"x 8" picture frames
- Fabric 1/4 yard
- Christmas theme paper
- Duct tape
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Iron
- Hot glue gun
DIRECTIONS:
- Remove glass and back piece from picture frames.
- Trace back piece of picture frame on Christmas theme paper. Use scissors to cut the paper to size so it fits in the frame.
- Trim fabric into three pieces measuring 6"x 10".
- Fold top of fabric down about 1/2" and use an iron to press the fabric so it does not have frayed edges.
- Place fabric over the glass, leaving about 3" at the top. Attach the edges of the excess fabric to the back of the back piece of the frame using duct tape. The Christmas paper should be sandwiched between the glass and the back piece of the frame.
- Place the glass and fabric back into the frame.
- Use scissors to cut a long piece of ribbon about 60" in length. Fold the ribbon in half, and place the folded loop at the top of one of the frames. Use hot glue to attach the ribbon along the back of each frame, allowing the frames to hang level below one another. Use scissors to trim excess ribbon.

Great ideas - questionable assembly
Love the idea, but hot gluing ribbon to a picture frame that will hold many cards? I am concerned with the weight on that top ribbon. Might try with just one frame, a stronger jute and staple to the back.
