- Standard 12-cup muffin pan
- Valentine’s Day cupcake liners
- Cooling grid
- 9" angled spatula
- Disposable decorating bags
- Star decorating tip 21 (2 needed)
- Star decorating tip 18 (2 needed)

- *Combine Violet and Pink icing colors to get purple color shown.

- Instructions:
- Make cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in heart cupcake liners._x000B_
- Tint icing. Tint 1/2 cup icing purple using color combination provided._x000B_
- Using Pink icing color, tint 1/2 cup icing pink. Using Burgundy icing color, tint 1/2 cup icing burgundy. Using Aster Mauve icing color, tint 1/2 cup icing medium mauve._x000B_
- Decorate cupcakes. Prepare four decorating bags separately with tips 21 and 18. Fill bags separately with desired icing._x000B_
- Pipe stars and rosettes to cover cupcakes, varying colors and sizes._x000B_
- Top cupcakes with desired sprinkles.
