SUPPLIES & TOOLS:For each apron
  • 1 yd – Fabric
  • 5 yd - Webbing
  • 2 – D rings
  • Basic sewing supplies
  • Pattern

DIRECTIONS: Basic Apron
  1. Cut 1 – Pattern on fold.
  2. Press 1/4" on arm cut out side, press again 1/4" and sew.
  3. Press 1/4" on top of apron, press and fold 1/4" again.
  4. Cut 1 – 2 3/4" square for tab from apron fabric.
  5. Fold tab in half, press. And fold in sides and press.
  6. Stitch along both sides.
  7. Fold in half and put through 2 D rings.
  8. Stitch across bottom of D ring to hold in place.
  9. Place edge of tab under fold at top on inside
  10. Cut a 24" piece of webbing.
  11. Place one edge of webbing under top fold and pin in place having webbing laying along back.
  12. Stitch along top edge of apron 1 1/4" from folded edge.
  13. Bring the tab and webbing strap up and pin in place.
  14. Stitch along strap edge and tab edge.
  15. Fold end of strap edge under 1/4" twice and stitch across
  16. Fold side edges of apron and bottom 1/4" press. And fold 1/4" again and press.
  17. Cut 2 – 18" pieces of webbing.
  18. Place 1 – under each side edge of apron under arm section and pin.
  19. Topstitch around outside of apron.
  20. Fold webbing ties out and stitch in place, close to edge of apron.

  21. One Pocket on Right Side- 6" square of contrast fabric.
  22. Cut 1 – 5"x 6" for pocket.
  23. Fold under 1/4" on all sides of pocket and press.
  24. Pin pocket to right side and topstitch in place.
  25. One Long pocket on bottom – 1/3 yd of contrast fabric.
  26. Cut 1 – 24"x 12"
  27. Fold top edge of pocket 1/4" and again 1/4" press and topstitch across top.
  28. Pin to bottom of apron folding sides over ends and bottom.
  29. Stitch around sides and bottom of apron, close to edge.
  30. Divide pocket into three sections and stitch from top of pocket to bottom edge.
  31. One long pocket in middle of apron- 1/4 yd of contrast fabric
  32. Cut 1 - 7 1/2"x 15 1/2" for pocket
  33. Fold top of pocket under 1/4" and again 1/4" and press.
  34. Stitch along top of pocket
  35. Fold sides and bottom 1/4" twice and press.
  36. Center pocket at top.
  37. Topstitch pocket around outer sides and bottom
  38. Divide pocket in half and stitch from top of pocket to bottom to make two sections.
  39. Two Pockets on side of apron – 12" square of contrast fabric
  40. Cut 2 – pocket pattern
  41. Fold all sides to back 1/2" and press.
  42. Top stitch along angled edge of each pocket
  43. Pin pockets to apron.
  44. Topstitch around sides, bottom and top.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very sad..... I saw this project and was going to print off the pattern so I can make them for my granddaughter. There were great instructions but no pattern. Hope they get that fixed so I can make it for her. She really loves to help me cook.
