Gorgeous!
I thought the color around “Marauder’s Map” was maroon which is actually more vivid and seems like blood-spattered fabric.
You’d be better off washing the fabric before sewing since its red color easily runs.
On the whole, it’s gorgeous and a must-have item for fans.

Bright colors and pretty texture to the print!
Bright colors with some nice textures in the print—imitates old paper and blotchy ink really well! I used it for making bookcloth, and it worked very nicely for that purpose.

Beware of colorfastness!
I have purchased this fabric in the past and had no issue, however, this latest purchase (and I can imagine it’s a dye lot issue) was terrible. This fabric bled all over my project when washed. The red from the center Marauders was not colorfast. If you don’t want bright red splotches on your project, be sure to prewash and set the color!

Pleased with how crisp the image is, especially the writing. Fabric is soft and workable as expected but will not wrinkle too easily, which is perfect! I gave this four stars instead of five just because I really wish the pattern included some of the "actual" map as well.
