SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Card Set
- Patterned Paper
- Scissors
- Sewing Machine or Stapler
- Minc Machine (optional)
- Transparency Sheet
- Free Templates and Printables
DIRECTIONS:
- Choose a desired card.
- Print out the free printable using a laser printer. Trim out one row. (must be a laser printer to enable the foil to adhere.)
- Heat Minc to a setting 3.
- Using a transfer folder, add the foil shiny side up to your printable, and the front of your chosen card, making sure you are covering all printing.
- Send the transfer folder through the Minc. It will grab it and pull it through.
- Pull Back Foil.
- Choose 5 designs of patterned paper from paper pad.
- Trim 5 hearts in descending sizes out of patterned paper. (see attached template.)
- Cut from template or punch 20 small hearts out of desired patterned paper for the confetti.
- Cut an additional 2 hearts, sizes 1 and 2 out of desired patterned paper for the envelope flap.
- Trim out all of the “I Love You" like confetti.
- Layer descending hearts onto card, lining up the centerfold, sew down the middle attaching all hearts together.
- Add 2 smaller hearts to the flap of the envelope by sewing.
- Cut a 2"x3" piece of transparency and adhere to inside of card using a piece of washi tape.
- Tuck all small hearts and the “I love you" pieces under the transparency flap.
- Carefully tuck the card into the envelope. When the recipient opens the card the confetti pieces will fall out.

- If you don't have access to a sewing machine, use a stapler.
