  • Kraft cardstock
  • Stapler & gold staples
  • Gold enamel dots
  • Jute twine
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Scissors
  • Adhesive
  • Sewing machine & thread (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut wood grain paper to 11 1/2"x 11 1/2" and adhere to 12"x 12" navy blue cardstock base. Add sewing machine stitches if desired.
  2. Cut banners from patterned papers as follows: _x000B_Black leaves paper 5 1/2"x 1 1/4"_x000B_Gold leaves & berries paper 6 1/2"x 1 3/4"_x000B_Linen paper 4 3/4"x 1 1/4" _x000B_Plaid paper 5 1/2"x 1 1/4"_x000B_Blue herringbone 5 1/4"x 1 1/2"
  3. Fold the top of each banner down 1/4" - 1/2".
  4. Cut navy blue cardstock to make 5 1/2"x 3 1/4" banner.
  5. Adhere 3"x 4" photo.
  6. Cut 1/2"x 3 1/2" strip of herringbone paper and staple to bottom of photo and banner.
  7. Cut and score leaves from pumpkin and orange papers. Fold and staple the stem to hold leaf shape.
  8. Wrap a thin strip of coordinating paper around end and glue.
  9. Cut a third leaf from green checked paper. Score the center and fold.
  10. Cut two pumpkins, two yellow leaves and "Hey Pumpkin" phrase from patterned papers. Trim phrase square into a banner.
  11. Cut a 20" length of jute twine. Attach to layout, knotting the twine at each edge. Trim ends if needed and staple.
  12. Adhere prepared banners under and over twine. Adhere pumpkins, leaves, title, and photo pieces along the twine.
  13. Embellish with gold enamel dots and staples.
  14. Type journaling on linen paper and cut into banner strips. Mat with cardstock and staple to bottom right edge of layout.
