I bought this with the intent of puncturing holes into multiple coins in order to use them for an art project. The tip only lasted for 10 coins before breaking off. Now I have no finished project and no way of finishing it. I tried to email Bead Buddy directly, with no response. Horrible customer service, terrible product.
