Holiday garland

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Assorted floral picks
• Wire cutting tool
• Floral wire
• Two garlands
• Scissors
• Wide burlap ribbon -2 colors

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use wire cutting tools to cut several 6" pieces of floral wire.
2. Attach the two garlands together using the floral wire. Wrap the wire around the garlands and twist the ends together. Attach the garland together in several places to be sure it is secure.
3. Use wire cutting tools to trim down some of the floral picks into smaller pieces. Keep some of the picks as large bundles.
4. Use floral wire to attach the pieces of floral picks to the garland, making sure to evenly distribute the florals and berry picks throughout the garland. Bend pieces and sections of the garland to make it fuller.
5. Use scissors to cut two 4' pieces of ribbon -one of each color -and stack the ribbon on top of one another. Make two loops toward the center of the ribbon and tie in a bow. Pull loops tight and adjust so the ribbon is tight and even on both sides. Add a 12" piece of floral wire to the back of the bow so it can be attached to the garland. Repeat steps to create additional bows as desired.
6. Use floral wire to attach the garland to railing or chosen spot.
