Hope and Sports Ribbons

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Siser® Juliet™ Cutter
  • Siser® Weeder
  • Siser® Rainbow Pearl Holographic HTV: 12"x 36"
  • Siser® EasyWeed® HTV Fluorescent Pink: 12"x 36"
  • Rainbow White Siser® Glitter HTV Vinyl Roll: 12"x 36"
  • Offray® Satin Ribbon 2 3/4"x 25yds (Black)
  • Siser® Heat Press Machine: 9"x 12"
  • Fiskars® Scissors
  • Dritz® Non-Stick Pressing Sheet: 18"x 18"

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Use scissors to cut a piece of ribbon to the desired length, then cut a "V" out of both ends.
  2. Click here for the ribbon designs, then upload the "HOPE" design into Leonardo™ Design Studio.
  3. Resize design to fit ribbon if needed.
  4. Load EasyWeed® fluorescent pink into the Juliet® cutter, then select the pre-set cut settings for EasyWeed® from the cutter touch screen.
  5. In Leonardo™ Design Studio, mirror the design and cut.
  6. Remove vinyl from the cutter when finished.
  7. Load Glitter rainbow white into the Juliet® cutter, then select the pre-set cut settings for Glitter from the cutter touch screen.
  8. In Leonardo™ Design Studio, mirror the design and cut.
  9. Remove vinyl from the cutter when finished.
  10. Load Holographic rainbow pearl into the Juliet® cutter, then select the pre-set cut settings for Holographic from the cutter touch screen.
  11. In Leonardo™ Design Studio, mirror the design and cut.
  12. Remove vinyl from the cutter when finished.
  13. Use scissors to cut the designs from the HTV to save any unused vinyl.
  14. Use the EasyWeeder® to remove excess material from your designs.
  15. Don't forget the cavitie
  16. Set the temperature on the Siser® Heat Press to 320F.
  17. Arrange the ribbon onto the heat press platen.
  18. Arrange the Glitter rainbow white onto the ribbon towards one of the ends and cover with a pressing sheet.
  19. Tack down by pressing for 3 seconds, then peel the carrier hot.
  20. Arrange the EasyWeed® fluorescent pink onto the ribbon between the "H" and "P" applied previously and cover with a pressing sheet.
  21. Tack down by pressing for 1-3 seconds, then peel the carrier hot.
  22. Arrange the Holographic rainbow pearl onto the ribbon next surrounding the previous layers.
  23. Cover with a pressing sheet and press for 15 seconds, then wait for the HTV to cool completely before peeling the carrier.
  24. Tie the ribbon into a bow and your project is complete!
  25. Want to create the other ribbons? Follow these same instructions using the appropriate cut file and HTV colors!
