BUYER BEWARE I purchased last night, thinking that this was comparable to the Beadalon brand Mini Horn Anvil that is made of hardened steel, but boy was I wrong! I don't know what metal/metals this anvil is made of, but immediately after some light hammering of a piece of 20 gauge copper wire with a ball pien hammer, the anvil was dented and nicked. I also had placed the anvil on the appropriate rubber bench block prior to use and had gone with a smaller one thinking it was of steel construction versus a 15lb cast iron anvil at my local discount tool store in hopes to find a more durable product. Will be returning. BUYER BEWARE!!! KNOW YOUR STUFF
