SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 16"x 31" changing table pad (or size of your choice)
- 3/4 yd of fabric
- 1 1/4 yd of 1/2" elastic
- Matching thread
- Basic sewing supplies
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut fabric 26"x 41".
- Note: for a different size pad, measure pad and adjust cutting size to fit by adding 10" to width and length.
- From each corner, cut out a 4 3/4" square.
- Bring sides of square together and sew a 1/4" seam.
- Repeat with all 4 corners.
- Turn under all around edge 3/4" and sew a 5/8" casing for elastic, leaving an opening for elastic.
- Insert elastic and sew ends together. Sew opening closed.
