Rated 2 out of 5 by from The wording on how to join the seems are confusing. Is there a step by step video of making this pattern?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Yep, there's an error in the sleeve instructions making them too short! The pattern states that in order to make the sleeves, you must join work rounds (rows) 1 & 2 with 24 sts each and then rows 3 through 6 while decreasing 1 st each in rows 3 and 5. Then, you're to repeat rows 3 through 6 twice more resulting in 16 sts. However, if you follow these instructions, you end up with 18 sts, If you continue and finish with 2 more rows and bind off your sleeves will be too short and have 2 too many stitches. So, you need to actually REPEAT rows 3 through 6 a total of 3 more times (not just 2 more times) in order to end up with 16 sts and 20 rows total, which will result in increasing the length of the sleeves by approximately 2-1/2 inches (5 sts & 5 rows = 4 inches). I think that this error is the same for all sizes, but I only checked the first 2 sizes (XS-M, and L/XL). Also, you may notice that the sleeve instructions don't include the 3 rows of k1,p1 rib that is shown in the photo, so I added them on my cardigan too. This pattern was originally written as a 38" coat as you can tell by the schematic. So, the schematic doesn't represent the finished cardigan length.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Sweater, Okay Pattern This was my first time attempting an intermediate project with loop yarn. Overall, I like the pattern. It was fairly easy to follow. I followed the instructions to the letter and I did make a sweater I like, but not one I could wear out. I did not like the way the sleeves were created. Most patterns for knitting have you make the sleeves and then attach them. This pattern has you making the sleeves already attached. That made it much harder in my opinion. The way it was written, I wasn't able to have the exact number of loops - the way it's written, it gave inches as measurements on where to attach the sides, meaning the opening left open for sleeves was not precise on the number of loops. But gave a specific number of loops for the rows in the round for the sleeve. I have bought new yarn (different colors) to try a 2nd time. This time I want to add in stripes and I'll make the sleeves separate and then attach or I will leave the sleeves off and add edging and keep it as a vest. Overall, I really enjoyed this project and love the new stitches I learned!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice pattern, but not what I expected I admit that I’ve only done blankets with loop yarn, and they turned out better than expected. I decided to challenge myself by making this cardigan, but it’s not exactly as the pictures. The sleeves turned out too short. I counted again to make sure there were 16 rnds and there were. I think I’ll just wear this around the house because I’m not exactly proud of how it turned out.
