SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- White vinyl
- Tan vinyl
- Cricut® machine
- Cookie SVG file
DIRECTIONS:
- Upload the Cookie SVG file into the Cricut® design suite online.
- Adjust the file to the size you want your final decal to be.
- Load your white vinyl onto the cutting mat, set the Cricut to vinyl and cut the letters for COOKIE out of white vinyl. (The Os will not be cut out of white, they are replaced with the cookie graphics which will be cut from the tan).
- Cut the two cookie graphics from the tan vinyl.
- Weed out the excess vinyl from the letters. Place the two cookies in the space where the Os should be in COOKIE.
- Apply transfer film over the vinyl to help place your decal onto your surface.
JOANN Hacks:
- You can condense the letters to have less waste but you will need to adjust the placement of the letters to make room for the two cookie images as Os.
- Use weeding tools (knife/tweezers) to help weed out the small pieces in the vinyl cutouts.
