SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 16oz bag of marshmallows
- Wilton Cake & Icing Flavor Kit
- 9 cups puffed rice cereal
- 3 cups mini marshmallows (optional)
- 13"x 9" pan
- Large pan
- Vegetable Spray
- Spatula
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare 13"x 9" pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add 16oz marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in Wilton Cake & Icing Flavor Kit packets. Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal and mini marshmallows, if using. Press mixture into prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Makes about 12 servings.
