SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Stick hanger
  • Floral garland
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun/glue

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut off the loop at the end of the garland so you have a section of the clear line that the flowers are hung on. Wrap one end of the clear line around the stick and secure in place with a knot. Make sure the closest flower is in the front to conceal the knot.
  2. Continue tying on the garlands equally spacing them down the stick.
  3. Once all the garlands are in place add a small dab of hot glue to the knot to secure the knots and the garlands in place. Add another small dab of glue to glue the flower and foliage in place covering the knot.
  4. After you have all the garland pieces secured decide the length of your garland pieces and trim across the bottom. You can make them flush, add a gradual slope to the lengths or cut as you desire. After cutting to length secure the last flower in place with a dab of hot glue.

JOANN Hacks:

  • It's best to hang the wood stick hanger from something when working to see how the garland will hang when tying it in place.
